1. The Promotion is offered by Monex Boom Securities (H.K.) Limited ("MONEX BOOM").
2. The Promotion is valid from 10 Apr 2017 to 31 July 2017 with both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
3. The Promotion is only applicable to new clients ("new clients") who:
   1. live in Hong Kong;
   2. successfully open an individual or joint account with MONEX BOOM during the Promotion Period ("New Account");
   3. do not hold any individual or joint stock trading account with MONEX BOOM within a period of 6 months preceding the account opening date; and

4. New clients can enjoy Flat Rate Commission for Hong Kong and U.S. Stocks (as stated below) in the period from the date on which the New Account is successfully opened until 31 July 2018 with both dates inclusive ("Flat Rate Commission Trading Period"). There is no limit on the number or value of Hong Kong or U.S. trades applicable to this Promotion.
5. Flat Rate Commission for Hong Kong Stock Trading
   1. New clients can enjoy a flat rate commission of HKD 8 per trade for buying and selling Hong Kong stocks during the Flat Rate Commission Trading Period. ("Flat Rate Commission for H.K. Stocks")
   2. Flat Rate Commission for H.K. Stocks is only applicable to buy and sell trades of Hong Kong stocks successfully placed via Internet (computer or mobile) and executed through the New Account during the Flat Rate Commission Trading Period, excluding the following:
      1. All Hong Kong stocks trades placed by phone;
      2. IPO shares subscription; and
      3. MONEX BOOM Monthly Stock Saving Plan (click here)

      2. Sell trades of physically-deposited U.S. stocks; and
      3. MONEX BOOM Monthly Stock Saving Plan (click here).

   4. "U.S. stocks" is defined as securities listed on the New York Stock Exchange ("NYSE"), NYSE MKT, NYSE Arca, National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotation ("NASDAQ").
7. The Promotion can be used in conjunction with:

8. Each new client is eligible for the Promotion only once. New clients cannot obtain additional benefits by opening another individual or joint account.

9. The Rewards Scheme is offered by Monex Boom Securities (H.K.) Limited ("MONEX BOOM").
10. The Rewards Scheme is valid from 10 Apr 2017 to 31 July 2017 with both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
11. The Rewards Scheme is valid for all clients, including new clients as stated in paragraph 3 above, ("Referrer") who introduce relatives and friends to open accounts with MONEX BOOM, whose relatives and friends (“Referee”) should:
    1. live in Hong Kong;
    2. successfully open an individual or joint account with MONEX BOOM during the Promotion Period ("New Account");
    3. specified the referrer's name and MONEX BOOM account number on the respective account opening form;
    4. are not the same person as the referrer;
    5. do not hold any individual or joint stock trading account with MONEX BOOM within a period of 6 months preceding the account opening date; and
    6. are not MONEX BOOM's staff and their family members, MONEX BOOM's corporate partners or clients introduced by them.
12. There is no maximum number of New Accounts a Referrer can introduce.
13. Referral Scheme Rewards:
    1. Extend the Flat Rate Commission Trading Period
       Referrer, who is a new client as stated in paragraph 3 above and successfully refers 3 New Accounts during the Promotion Period, can enjoy an extension of Flat Rate Commission Trading Period (refer to paragraph 4 above) to until 31 July 2019.
    2. Free Apple iPhone 7 Plus (Max. 5 pcs. First come, first served.)
       Referrer, who successfully refers 38 New Accounts during the Promotion Period, can get a free Apple iPhone 7 Plus(worth HKD 6,588), in addition to the reward of extending the “Flat Rate Commission Trading Period” (refer to paragraph 13.a.). This value is based on the retail price from Apple Hong Kong website in 31 March 2017.
14. Collection of Referral Scheme Rewards:
    1. On or before 18 August 2017, MONEX BOOM will send confirmation emails to the Referrers who are entitled to the Referral Scheme Rewards (refer to paragraph 13).
    2. Referrers who get a free Apple iPhone 7 Plus(refer to paragraph 13.b.) shall collect it at MONEX BOOM office on the date specified in the confirmation emails.
    3. The Referrer and Referee must both maintain a valid stock trading account at the time when the rewards are confirmed and collected.
15. Before submission of the account opening form,
    1. the Referrer must have explained to the Referee about the Rewards Scheme;
    2. the Referee understands that the Referrer will be entitled to participate in the Rewards Scheme; and
    3. the Referrer agrees that the Referee specifies his/her name and MONEX BOOM account number on the account opening form.
16. By participating in the Rewards Scheme, the Referrers and Referees agree that their names, contact details and MONEX BOOM account numbers will be used for the Rewards Scheme.

17. All new clients can also enjoy a waiver of HKD 200 Account Opening Fee.
18. The entitlement to the offers under the Promotion and the Rewards Scheme are non-transferable, non-exchangeable or non-redeemable for cash or other services, or it cannot be used to settle any other charges or retained for future use.
19. The Promotion and the Rewards Scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other commission and trading offers (including but not limited to commission waiver, rebates or discount) (if there is any), unless otherwise specified (including paragraph 7 stated above).
20. General
    1. All remarks and footnotes stated in any relevant promotional materials shall form part of the promotional terms and conditions.
    2. MONEX BOOM reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions or suspend or withdraw part or all of the benefits of offers above at any time at its discretion without prior notice.
    3. In the event of a dispute arising out of offers above, the decision of MONEX BOOM shall be final and conclusive.
    4. Where there is any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall apply and prevail.
    5. No person other than the client and MONEX BOOM (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.
